Anti-Ragging Committee
Ragging
is completely prohibited in the institute. Anyone found guilty of
ragging and/or abetting ragging, whether actively or passively or being
a part of a conspiracy to promote ragging is liable to be punished in
accordance with institute’s regulations as well as under the provisions
of any penal law for the time being in force. As per the guidelines of
the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and to maintain overall discipline
among the student an ‘Anti-Ragging Committee’ and ‘Anti-Ragging
Squad’ has been constituted, the students can report and bring their
grievances, ‘if any’ to these committees.
Code of Conduct
Self discipline is what we value and this is the
reason that we don’t reform rules & regulations. But to have a clear
direction for students to maintain studentship we define code of
conduct. Violation of instructions or code of conduct will
definitely invite strict disciplinary action including suspension from
institute, debarring from exams and/or termination of studentship.
- Damage to any property, which is a part of academic or
regular working, will attract heavy fines besides disciplinary action.
- The chewing and spitting of tobacco/pan masala is strictly
prohibited, contravention of which will be treated as serious
in-disciplinary act.
- Possession of multimedia equipments including multipurpose phones is strictly prohibited.
- All the students are required to adhere strictly to the prescribed formal dress code.
Our aim is at creating individuals who are
intellectually competent, morally sound, psychologically whole,
committed to the cause of justice and understands the need for being
disciplined. And for this we repose a lot of trust and faith in
student. We want students to live up to that trust.
